A cockpit shower is one of those unnecessary niceties that makes life a little easier.  You can bathe in the cockpit, rinse off your diving gear, or wash your hands and feet before going below.

Adding a cockpit shower to the Peterson Cutter is fairly straightforward.  Scandvik's "Third Generation Shower Box" was designed as a smaller package than the normal exterior shower units, and its vertical orientation fits perfectly in the corner of the cockpit well next to the galley.

It has a small single-lever control, concealed mounting screws, and incorporates a hinge into the door. The unit can be ordered with a longer hose, which is necessary for this installation.
